Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RevMatic AI website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Services Provided
RevMatic AI provides AI and data consulting, custom builds, research and its own products, including but not limited to: AI and data systems built for your team or run for you month to month, research and intelligence, and the products RevMatic AI makes. Service availability, features, and pricing are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due according to the plan selected at the time of enrollment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ advance notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Limitation of Liability
RevMatic AI LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or without errors.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in your service plan. Upon termination, your access to RevMatic AI services will be discontinued, and any outstanding balances will become immediately due. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
